I highly recommend this fan! It offers great value for the money. The airflow is strong and consistent, and it operates quietly, making it perfect for both day and night use. A solid choice if you're looking for performance without breaking the bank.

Highly Recommended Fan

Lasko makes a great product -- I have 4 of their fans -- and I was (if you'll excuse the pun) blown away with this model.   I've bought many a floor fan in my day and none have met my expectations until now.  The fan, in my opinion, is attractive (as attractive as a floor fan can get?), very quiet, has a remote and is easy to operate.  Assembly was easy as well.  I was so impressed with this model I went to Sam's and bought another one while they were still available.  Trust me, you can't go wrong with this fan.

Lightweight, circulates good,

While the fan housing and blades are plastic it seems sturdy enough. The plastic also makes it light to move to where ever you need it. In use for two weeks with no issues.

The fan assembled well and worked well.  There were no disappointments.  My biggest complaint is that the fan cannot be positioned to blow on a level plain, but is tilted slightly upward on its lowest position.

my only dislikes about his fan is it seems to point up instead of straight. lowering the height of the fan will help this a bit. second is the remote as the buttons are one big flat button it is hard to change fans speeds at night without a light on. other than those two problems i love it. i have had 12 speed fans for a few years and can't see myself going back.

Definitely a great buy. I put it together in about five minutes, easy to operate super quiet. I never usually have to turn it past five and it has 12 different speed settings. Love the remote control and the timer. I would definitely buy again.  great quality great product.

Great quality great fan

The Lasko 18" Pedestal Fan was a replacement for a 20" Lasko Pedestal Fan that I had used for over 8 years. It was damaged during my move, so I researched other fans. I was hesitant that the 18" wouldn't provide the power that my old fan had, but I was wrong. This fan has 12 speeds, oscillates, has a timer, adjustable height, and a remote. It is truly an awesome fan for the money. I'm sure I'll have it for another 8-10 years. It was also easy to put together, and is easy to take apart to clean the fan blades.

Great Fan for the Money

Love this fan! Puts off great amount of air for the room and I love the remote it comes with and ability to change the fan speed all the way up to 12 levels. The only reason for 4 stars is the light on the fan that shows the speed is very bright at night in our room so we had to use something to cover up the light. Wish that feature would dim or go away after a few seconds.

This fan is awesome! The only drawback on it is the digital display light on it is too bright. The only other thing that could could be improved on it is the remote is flat and has no raised bumps to tell what you are adjusting in the dark. You sort of have to take a memory snapshot.

Almost perfect

Had to return this fan. They used to be made very well. Now the company is making cheap parts and the face of the fan would not connect.
