But we couldn't be happier with this machine. It's very simple to operate and extremely quiet while operating. Don't be fooled thinking these particular machines can only handle small loads you can load this puppy up much like the larger machines and still get great results. Lots of choices when it comes to wash cycles and the keypad will allow you to modify those to your liking. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone looking for a new washer/dryer.

Sometimes the dryer stops after 5 minutes, or 10 minutes, but never finishes a cycle without the error. We've had Tech's look at the unit, without remedy. Currently waiting for LG  to make a decision about future repairs/replacement.

I have been waiting to hear from the manufacturer or someone to fix it for several weeks. The settings are too high for normal washing. I think one hour and twenty minutes is too long for a normal washing.
