Good fridge, bad water dispenser

Overall it is a nice fridge and we like the lay out and function. Our big gripe is that the water dispenser doesn't work properly in that the water completely bypasses the filter and LG refuses to stand behind its product

Improved design and materials over last LG

seems much improved from the last one we bought. stouter shelves and bins. Layout inside refrigerator seems to be more flexible and spacious than our last LG. The outside ice and water dispenser is also improved with its height and tray.

Verified Purchase

36" LG fridge

Makes stuff cold! What a surprise! Drawers worked smoother and felt stronger on our previous LG identical fridge. But it only lasted 12 years, and the compressor blew out. Most appliances are like that these days. Cheaply built, designed to self destruct in less than 15 years.
