It is perfect for a few items, especially dress shirts that I do not wear a lot, I can quickly wash them and they come out great.  Also great for car towels, don't have to run a big washer every time I wash the car.

It does wash just a little, like it would wash 1/4 of a large washer but that’s ok. We love that little machine and even can use both washer at the same time .

LOVE THE LG PEDESTAL

Exactly what I needed! And yes, this was a need and not a want...  Typically, I have a handful of whites and a full load of everything else. The LG Sidekick allows me to run both loads at the same time - this is a game changer. No longer saving up whites to do a load, LOL. Very pleased with my purchase.

Worth the splurge, would absolutely buy again

Had this about 45 days and am glad we bought this versus a simple pedestal. This is useful for delicate, hand-wash items. Small loads. Golf shirts or any clothing you want to treat with care. Super quiet and can be run with the washer simultaneously.

Love the Sidekick!

I've had the sidekick for about a week now and received it along with a new LG washer and dryer.  So far I love the sidekick and am finding it extremely useful.  We've used it for whites, or when we've had a few kids sports uniforms that need a quick wash.  Some of the other things that I like about it.

1) Extremely Intuitive and Easy to Use - there was no physical instruction manual provided but you don't even need it.  I figured it out quickly.  
2) It's extremely quiet and the cycle times are quick, completing in under an hour. 
3) It's great that you can run the sidekick at the same time as the main washing machine.  This is a game changer for me personally.  

Obviously this makes the overall washing machine profile a lot larger, but if you have the space for it, it is a great addition and I would definitely recommend.
