Walter and Cordelia Knott began selling berries, produce, and homemade preserves way back in 1920. They hawked their wares from a roadside stand that was near Buena Park, California. The jam-making tradition carried over into a delicious premium shortbread cookie with just a dollop of strawberry deliciousness on top.
