The flavor was okay, but the texture was off. When cooked in the air fryer, the Jennie-O turkey bacon came out stiff and almost plastic in texture. It seemed like it had no natural oils to crisp up. I might try it again using the oven or a stovetop skillet, but based on the air fryer results alone, it's a 3-star product for me.
