Bump toe performance
These are perfect right before the start of an Olympic triathlon and then again as soon as I get off the bike. Works well too mixed with water and electrolyte in a bike bottle. I've used for half (race starts and halfway) and full marathons (every 45 minutes) and my long runs. Definitely gives a bump in performance.
