I love the fact that this has 20 g of protein, 250 calories and 6 G of fiber. It makes for a great lunch and because of the low calories it fits really well in my diet because I'm watching calorie counts. The Taste is really good the bowl comes with a steamer insert so your sauce is on the bottom then your vegetables and pasta on the top which causes a steam effect so that nothing comes out hard and chunky as long as you don't overcook it it doesn't dry out the pasta or the broccoli. Once the dish is cooked in the microwave you just dump the broccoli and pasta into the sauce and stir them up. This is actually really good especially if you're craving some pasta
