Cooking Instructions
Enjoy a deliciously fresh meal that is prep-free, mess-free, and stress-free! Simply heat fish in a conventional oven until fully cooked or cook in an air fryer for a crunchier bite.
Conventional Oven
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Arrange on metal baking pan.
3. Bake 17-19 min and flip after 14 minutes.*
Air Fryer**
1. Place four frozen fillets in the air fryer basket.
2. Fry fish sticks at 400°F for 10-12 minutes.*
*Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165°F or higher before serving.
**Air fryers can have varying operation methods and wattages. Please consider your appliance when following these instructions. Oil is not needed. If cooking more than 10 sticks, oven directions are recommended.
Microwave is not recommended.

These triangle shaped fish fillets are crispy on the outside and moist inside. Lightly breaded and very nicely flavored. I put a couple of fillets in my air fryer with a small portion of French fries. I lightly salt them after they are finished cooking and they come out delicious. I like to eat them on a plate with ketchup or as a sandwich like the fast food places serve (only a lot cheaper!) The bag is nicely designed making it easy to open/close and place back in the freezer.

Flaky white and wild caught. Moist, flavorful fish greeted my mouth when I took my first bite. Y-u-m-m-m-m-y! So easy to fix in the air fryer too. Twelve minutes for four crispy fillets. I buttered and toasted a bun and added a dollop of tartar sauce for the perfect fish fillet sandwich. Ate them for dinner with a small salad and enjoyed every flaky morsel. This huge bag of 28 fillets at Sams Club is a steal, compared to the supermarket’s small offerings. As a famous celebrity once said, “I’ll be back.”
