Cooking Instructions
Enjoy a deliciously fresh meal that is prep-free, mess-free, and stress-free! Simply heat fish in a conventional oven until fully cooked or cook in an air fryer for a crunchier bite.
Conventional Oven
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Arrange on metal baking pan.
3. Bake 17-19 min and flip after 14 minutes.*
Air Fryer**
1. Place four frozen fillets in the air fryer basket.
2. Fry fish sticks at 400°F for 10-12 minutes.*
*Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165°F or higher before serving.
**Air fryers can have varying operation methods and wattages. Please consider your appliance when following these instructions. Oil is not needed. If cooking more than 10 sticks, oven directions are recommended.
Microwave is not recommended.

Quick tasty substitute for usual small breakfast
Tasty snack ready in little time. I microwave two frozen fillets for two minutes, flipping them after 1 minute if I think of it. Then I put them onto a pan or aluminum foil and then into the toaster over that I started warming up when I started the microwave. Two minutes in the toaster oven and they are crispy enough to really enjoy with some black pepper and maybe some old bay seasoning. Reasonable protein and good flavor! They have less fat for the weight than fish sticks. When I want lower fat than these fillets, I'll microwave the unbreaded flounder fillets and squeeze or pour lemon juice on them. Either of these options will keep me from being hungry longer than a bowl of cereal. Good substitute for eggs while those are expensive right now (March 2025)

Finding a good fish fillet that I can enjoy at home had almost become a Mission Impossible epic. Flaky white and wild caught. Moist, flavorful fish greeted my mouth when I took my first bite. Y-u-m-m-m-m-y! So easy to fix in the air fryer too. Twelve minutes for four crispy fillets. I buttered and toasted a bun and added a dollop of tartar sauce for the perfect fish fillet sandwich. Ate them for dinner with a small salad and enjoyed every flaky morsel. This huge bag of 28 fillets at Sams Club is a steal, compared to the supermarket's small offerings. As a famous celebrity once said, “I'll be back.”
