Frequently Asked Questions
- How much assembly is required for the Adjustable Base? Your Adjustable Base will arrive pre-assembled with just a few additional steps required. Simply unbox the folded frame on the floor upside down, slide the locking frame bolts to keep the mechanism in place, and then attach the legs and retainer bar. If you prefer to adjust the height of the legs, simply twist apart. The legs can be attached to the base using 1, 2, or all 3 parts (12-inch height total).
- How is this mattress delivered to me? How do I unbox this mattress? GhostBed mattresses are compressed and vacuum-packed into a smaller box for easier delivery and handling. Once unboxed, the mattress will begin expanding to its normal size, usually within a few hours to a day.
- Will the Adjustable Base work with my existing bed frame? The GhostBed Adjustable Base pairs perfectly with most frames and furniture. All that's required is a clear opening, with any horizontal support rails or slats removed.
- What is the weight limit for this mattress or mattress set? The GhostBed InfraRest mattress and Adjustable Base Set can support an industry-leading 750 lbs.

Better than Leggett and Platt
We bought a very expensive adjustable bed for our main home and needed another less expensive for our lake home. This bed is MUCH better than the one we paid twice as much for! Love this bed!!!

Brand new and sent with a bad motor
Opened the frame and assembled the bed only to find that the head of the bed went up and could not go back down. Turns out it is a bad motor and now the bed is stuck in the upright position. A bad motor...brand new - TERRIBLE.
