The build is such that the memory cannot be expanded (this is why the price is so low), but that is not an issue for us because we always use a portable hard drive with our laptops. It is a little slower than our “big” work laptops, however that’s to be expected given the specs. The actual build is great though - graphics and audio I decent, the keyboard is solid, and it has all the USB ports, etc. that we need. An added plus is that a one year subscription to Microsoft Office is included. Highly recommend as long as the memory constraints align with your needs.
