Love this water cooler

The water cooler arrived well packaged and with no damage. I really like the hot and cold water options, and the built-in ice maker is a great bonus. The bottom-load design makes it easy to replace the water bottle, and the black design looks nice and clean. It works great so far and I’m very happy with this purchase !!!

Ultimate convenience instant hot/cold water ice!

Love the bottom-loading cabinet, means no more back-straining heavy lifting when changing 5-gallon bottles. It makes a lot of ice really fast. The hot water gets instantly hot enough for instant coffee or tea, and the bottom-load design keeps the water bottle hidden out of sight. Very well packaged. I had no damage on the product.

Really recommend!

I really recommend this product! The hot and cold water functions work perfectly and it was a really convenient size for my home. I also had no problems with any plastic/metal taste after cleaning the cooler (thank you to the other reviews for letting me know to clean it). As for the ice maker, it also works really well and it's quite fast!
