Cooking Instructions

Remove all packaging. Cook to a minimun of 145°F. Appliances may vary, adjust cooking times as necessary.

Pan Fry: Heat small amount of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Pan fry for 5-7 minutes, turning once.

Broil: Place on oiled baking sheet and broil on high for 6-10 minutes.
