It is ok

I love the very well instalation. However, it is heavy and bulky for my five year old. I love that I could remove the tray to wash it. It is very well made. Currently, I made accommodations by removing the top part that has the ice pack. He can open it easily by himself, which is a bonus. This is his 3rd bengo because he has difficulties opening the other two.

Cute & Convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our daughter absolutely loves her personalized Bento box and the ability to add her own style to it! The vibrant colors makes her eager to eat and find what's inside. I love the hot/cold feature of the box with the insulated container and its ability to be removed. The included ice pack is an absolute bonus!

Not the best lunch box

Out of the box it took me about 5 minutes to just get the inside insert off of the top piece. It was like suctioned into it. Then the top sorta takes the insert with it when you try and open it. There's honestly too many pieces for one lunch box. My son also said it didn't really keep his lunch cold. I did wash the inserts and closing them now inside the box seems a lot harder.
