About this item

Product details

At a glance
Gluten Free
No Trans Fat

This smooth, semi-soft, shredded cheese melts to a rich creamy consistency and is excellent in casseroles or melted in quesadillas. Distinctive from most other Hispanic cheeses because of its pale yellow color and its mildly sharp taste, El Viajero Shredded Queso Quesadilla is delicious sprinkled over tacos or side dishes. Its mild flavor blends well with many foods.

This is IT!!!

This is the melting white cheese that is in the restaurants and not fast food, called Mexican or even Tex-Mex. Melts smooth and creamy with a delicious flavor and texture. This cheese makes the best quesadillas and queso that you can DIY @ home

Best Quesadilla cheese bar none

Hands down some of the most delicious and authentic Mexican melting cheese I’ve ever had. I am lactose and I risked it all just to try it and I gotta tell you it was a grueling week but I would double dose on my lactose pills next time I buy it. Scrumptious!
