The people in the sams club automotive center were very attentive to my needs. They very quickly after paying for the battery put it in and I was on my way in 10 minutes.  They were very nice. Even helped push it into the bay.

Happy with service

The first big cold snap hit and my wife said her Honda was cranking slower.  I got online and looked at Consumer Reports and this battery was top rated. I then went to the Sam’s Club website and they had it in stock and much cheaper than lower rated batteries. It fit and works great. Happy wife happy life!

Good battery

My 2016 Civic came with a puny 410 CCA battery so upgrading to 500 CCA was a must after the original battery could no longer hold a charge. Funny how much better the sound system sounds when it’s getting cleaner power.

Great starting power

We bought this battery as a replacement for a Costco battery that only lasted 3 years. This battery is used in our forklift, which doesn't get used every day. Sam's had the best price and availability. Time will tell how long it lasts.

At the time of purchase, Sams Club had the lowest cost battery with a 3 year warranty.
A little over 2 years later, I found out how GREAT the warranty is.

I bought this battery in November 2019 and it came with a 3 year warranty.  Two years later I started having issues where the car would not start if left for a few days, then it became just sitting over-night, the car would not start in the morning.  It would lose enough charge to where it could power accessories, but not crank the engine.
I took it back to Sams, the technician tested it, and found the battery to be bad and exchanged it on the spot for a new off-the-shelf battery!

Before going to the local club, I called the customer service line to confirm the warranty.  I was told as long as I still had my member ship in good standing, it was a FULL exchange.  If I was no longer a member, it would be a prorated warranty.  However, I still needed to go to a Sams club to have the battery tested.

This turned out to be a great experience.  The whole exchange took less then 15 minutes and there were no hassles.

Good Battery, Great Warranty

Bought a Duracell 51R to replace the battery in my 2017 Honda CR-V. The original battery lasted nearly four years and only died after a severe period of cold weather. It limped along till I got tired of recharging it every couple months. 
Installation of the new battery was easy enough but within a few months, the battery started showing signs of failure. We are retired and it is not uncommon for us not to drive one of our vehicles for several days at a time. After about three months, I broke out my fully automatic battery charger and fully charged the new battery. I usually do that before installing any new battery, but for some reason I failed to do that for this one. After charging the battery to full capacity, o had to do it again several months later. I had the dealership inspect the charging system and got an A+ report that all was perfect. Yet the recharging cycle repeated itself almost like clockwork. 
In July 2022 I drove the CR-V on a short trip sixty miles away and back. I stopped for fuel at the corner station and that was it. It stranded me. A very nice guy also gassing up gave me a jump and I made it home. But that failure doomed that battery with me. I took it to Sam’s Club the next dat and they tested it and ultimately gave me a new battery. This time I fully charged it before installing it. My fingers are crossed.

thank goodness they’re warranted

I ordered this battery pack online through the app for pickup. After picking it up, I asked the technician if he could install it right away, but he told me I needed to schedule an appointment for the next day. So I did—I booked a 2:00 PM appointment and showed up on time.

What happened next was completely unacceptable.

The same technician made me wait 1.5 hours just to install a battery, which literally took him less than a minute to do. I stood there the entire time, watching him attend to multiple walk-in customers who arrived after me—completely ignoring my appointment.

What’s the point of having a scheduled time if walk-ins are prioritized instead? This was a total waste of my time and extremely unprofessional.

Poor customer service

Bought in August of 24 and go out to start the car in 20 degree weather and the battery was dead. Took the car & battery into Sams to have the battery replaced but Sams checked the batt & said all is FINE with it. I went out to start it yesterday in 10 degree weather & it was once again DEAD. Duacelll has left me speechless in both their battery quality and their response to my complaint. Stay away from Duracell.
Note: i have a AA battery that fires up my grill in this cold, its not a duracell :-/.
