How to Get Professional Results:
This product is meant to be used in a spray bottle. To use Dawn Professional Kitchen Degreaser, follow these steps: (1) spray on greasy hard surface (2)soak on tough soils (3) wipe or rinse. For food contact surfaces, following the 3-step cleaning process: after washing, rinse items thoroughly with potable water, sanitize with an appropriate sanitizer, and allow to air dry.
Powerful, Safe, Alkaline-Based Formula:
Dawn Kitchen Degreaser is safe on most hard, washablele surfaces. This concentrated alkaline-based degreasing formula cuts through grease and oil and designed specifically for food grease. Always test first in an inconspicuous area prior to use. Do not use Dawn Professional Kitchen Degreaser on aluminum or finished floors.
If the product gets in eyes, it may cause temporary discomfort - flush thoroughly with water.

Works great cleaning grease!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this Dawn Pro kitchen degreaser. As you can tell from my photos, it took the grease and gunk off of my stainless kitchen appliances in just one spray and one wipe, no scrubbing needed. It can be hard on skin so I recommend wearing gloves when using it. The scent is very light, and not chemical smelling which is great for a commercial kitchen.
