Absolutely delicious, not too salty, perfect creamy caramel. A bit thinner than pictured, are more like cookies in thickness.

Unfortunately my 1st order of these chocolates were put on front porch and left sitting in the sun. It was a melted blob by the time we found the tin. (Tin was also dented). When I called Sam’s club & told lady. She arranged a 2nd delivery at no charge. 2nd delivery even had a “kool pac” inside box to prevent melting. 2nd delivery was perfect! Delivered to proper door and in fine shape.
 Chocolates were loved by husband. Excellent quality and taste.
Would order these again!

The product was as good as advertised, however it came to me in one big chunk because I chose shipping rather than in store purchase. I'll own that one.

Consider in store purchase

Arrive melted in one big heavy blog.  It travel those several states before coming it.  Threw it away, but I have had them in the past and they are great.

Candy mishap

Item had been left in the heat and melted. Apparently, it then cooled down resulting in one big lump of chocolate. The lid of the tin was dented, as well. This was ordered as a gift and was disappointing and unacceptable.

Chocolate/caramel gift tin

Ordered these in July in Georgia they came 2 days later but the 2 small cold packs they used to keep them cold didn't work properly. The candies had melted into several large blobs. The candy still tasted OK but it was a mess trying to separate them and You had to not care for the visual.

Never order this in warm/hot weather

I was so excited to be getting this because I love chocolate caramels - it arrived with what I assumed was once a cold packet.  I opened it and found a huge block of chocolate & caramel melted together.  It went straight in the trash.  Complete disappointment.

The chocolates had been bounced around and shaken so much during shipping that they were white and the salt was all shaken off the chocolates.

These are not a good item to ship

These candies were gray in color and tasted really gritty...I think they were stale or exposed to heat or uncontrolled conditions which ruined the quality of the product

Disappointed

I don’t know how old these were, but every piece of candy had a white dusty looking appearance. The tin was much nicer than the candy. I threw them away because I can’t get out to return them.
