This marinade infuses the chicken with the rich flavors of garlic, herbs, and a hint of citrus, making it perfect for grilling, baking, or roasting.

Ingredients

• Chicken (Breasts, Thighs, or Drumsticks)
• Use the cuts from your Crescent Foods Halal Premium Chicken Curated Box, Frozen, 12 lbs.
• For the Marinade
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about half a lemon)
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for a touch of sweetness) 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
