The halal chicken was very clean. Normally the scent of raw chicken will make me nauseous; this did not. It had less blood than usual. The taste after cooking it was very clean too. I hope Sam's will restock it again soon.

I don't often leave reviews, but this chicken is awesome! I try to stick to eating halal these days and I have had a good experience with lamb from Thomas Farms so far, but I saw the Crescent Foods chicken here and decided to give it a try. This chicken is awesome! I often eat my food without seasoning and even then, this chicken still tastes nice after cooking it in my air fryer without any seasoning. It also feels plump and right and not overly inflated with water (like how cheap GMO chicken feels). It also has a pleasant smell when cooking and cooked. I can't recommend this enough. I'm going to become a routine purchaser of this chicken since it's easy to budget food for the month by ordering in bulk On a side note, I got my shipment a day earlier than the estimated delivery date and the packaging inside the shipment was very orderly. The drumsticks, thighs, and breats were in their own smaller packages inside

The best chicken I’ve found so far! It tastes much better than any other brand on the market. 100% recommend it. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but IMO it’s worth it.

Very clean meat, not a lot of fat. Will reorder if brought back in stock.
