Phenomenal service by the mechanic!!!!

The mechanic who helped was was spectacular. He was the first one who jumped up and came to the counter from rte shop when I got there. No one else flinched. He let me know I ordered the wrong tires, helped me refund them, and quickly found an in-stock set that had great reviews and would work. Not only that, but the tires he found were rated better and he even found a current sale on them. He was patient and followed up twice while I sat in the cafe area working while I waited. Got the tires installed ahead of a long trip and a couple big winter storms.

A waste of time

Not purchased. They were unable to sell this product to me since it did not match the recommended tire size on the vehicle information plate. The tire size the plate called for is no longer made by anyone. Discount tire sold this same set of tires to me since it matched the same size and profile of the 245/60R17 that are no longer made. Their lawyers don't place the same restrictions on their employees. Made a long trip to Sam's for nothing. The closest Sam's location is a one hour drive from my house.

    Best deal around

    Pricing at Sam’s Club was the best around. once ordered the tires came in days earlier than expected. Installation on a Saturday was surprisingly quick, they finished before I was even done shopping.
