The mechanic who helped was was spectacular. He was the first one who jumped up and came to the counter from rte shop when I got there. No one else flinched. He let me know I ordered the wrong tires, helped me refund them, and quickly found an in-stock set that had great reviews and would work. Not only that, but the tires he found were rated better and he even found a current sale on them. He was patient and followed up twice while I sat in the cafe area working while I waited. Got the tires installed ahead of a long trip and a couple big winter storms.

Pricing at Sam’s Club was the best around. once ordered the tires came in days earlier than expected. Installation on a Saturday was surprisingly quick, they finished before I was even done shopping.
