I've enjoyed Chike for several years, it has replaced my morning coffee routine. The extra protein starts my day in a positive direction as a part of a healthy breakfast, an easy change to make over drinking just coffee with breakfast. Although I will sometimes add a little coffee to the Mocha Chike for a more intense coffee flavor. This protein mixes well and tastes great. I've recently moved to a frother to mix my proteins and that is definitely the move. It takes a while to mix in a shaker bottle, but a frother gets it done. I've tried other flavors, and I'm just super boring. This one is exactly what I like.
