Sturdy, attractive and bright light fixture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Functional, beautiful, and well-made are just some of the ways to describe this outdoor light fixture. Installation was easy using only a Phillips screwdriver when replacing a previous fixture and took about 20 minutes. The photosensitive feature is perfect and saves energy. Once the sun sets the light shines and brightens the entranceway. My son was impressed and said he would be on the lookout for Cedar Hill products when doing his home projects. Now I need a pressure washer for the siding :)

Great design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the dusk to dawn feature it’s a cute design and is fairly large as compared to my hand !! It didn’t sit flush for us but we found a way to make it work we have to buy an extra square peice at hardware store ! Our siding is smaller than the plate ! But I love how it looks rich to me ! Plan on buyer more to Match the others on our house ! It works great for under an already bc it hangs down instead of up low most ! So the longest part is power below plate !

Beautiful & Functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently installed this porch light & it has really upgraded the look of our front entry. The black finish & textured glass give it a classic, elegant appearance. It feels very sturdy & well-made. It's heavier & larger than I expected, which makes it seem like a quality fixture. I also liked that it came with a light bulb, so we had everything we needed to get it up & running. The built-in dusk-to-dawn feature works exactly as it should, automatically turning on in the evening & off in the morning, which is very convenient. Installation wasn't completely smooth. My husband installed it & the wires kept coming loose as he pushed the wiring back into the electrical box to mount the light. He ended up taking it down & reinstalling it several times before getting everything to stay connected. Once that was sorted out, though, it worked perfectly. Overall, we're very happy with how it looks & performs. It's a beautiful, durable-looking light that we're glad to have on our front porch.
