There is no substitute for bluebell ice cream, vanilla homemade. I’ve tried many other brands and they just don’t cut the mustard. This ice cream reminds me of what we used to use with our old hand, cranked mountain house ice cream churn. And it’s worth every penny to me to get that kind of ice cream. There are too many companies, literally making ice cream out of other things and then they call it. A dessert treat.. so yes, I highly recommend this ice cream.
