I really like this item. I use in a tile floor that my dog pees on at night. He’s getting old and also pulls off his diaper. By the time we get up the pee has dried. The Bissel does a great job getting it up. Just be sure to wash the pads immediately or you want like the smell on the next use.

Love it

Good little steam mop. I love that I can see the digital temperature on the screen. No issues with it after many uses, love the washable/reuse-able pads. Cord wrap is kinda goofy but overall no complaints

This is the best household machine for cleaning that I have ever purchased. It really cleans our porcelain tiles wonderfully. I also appreciate the length of the electrical cord at 22 ft or so. Other machine has only 15. It uses the water very effectively even on high so you don't have to be filling up the distilled water all the time. It is very easy to manuever - the spinning discs makes it easier and you can get into most corners easily. I am so glad that I purchased it!
