About this item

Product details

Smart Feeder with AI Bird Recognition

The built-in smart feeder technology identifies over 6,000 bird species and sends alerts straight to your phone when activity is detected. Each bird is logged in the app, so you can easily view and keep track of every visit.

Durable Metal Bird Feeder Design

Made with sturdy metal housing, this metal bird feeder is designed to be weather-resisitant without rusting or cracking. The smooth espresso finish adds a refined look, while the beech wood stand introduces a natural element that complements the overall design.

Solar Powered for Everyday Use

A built-in solar panel works with a 9,000mAh rechargeable battery to keep the feeder powered throughout the day. It helps reduce the need to manually recharge, making it easy to keep your bird camera running consistently.

1080P Bird Camera for Bird Watching

The integrated bird camera captures clear 1080P video at feeding distance, making bird watching more engaging. It highlights feather patterns and movement, giving you a sharp, close-up view of every visit. Color night viewing supports visibility during lower light conditions, so you don’t miss activity throughout the day.

Share and View Anytime

Save photos and videos directly in the app and share them with friends or family. You can also provide access to the live bird camera feed, allowing others to get alerts and watch activity as it happens.

Great Gift for Bird Lovers and Outdoor Spaces

This metal bird feeder adds both function and style to outdoor decor. It’s simple to set up and fits naturally into a patio, deck, or garden, making it a thoughtful gift for anyone who enjoys birdwatching at home.

Easy Setup & Enjoyment

Setting up your feeder is quick and simple so you can start enjoying bird visits right away. Begin by assembling the unit: attach the camera securely to the bracket, plug in the solar panel, mount the camera onto the feeder, and add the perch.

Next, choose a stable location and mount the feeder using the included hardware. You can install it on a wall, post, or tree—just make sure it’s firmly secured.

Once mounted, download the Birdfy app and follow the prompts to connect your camera to your Wi‑Fi network. This will enable live streaming and notifications.

Finally, fill the feeder with bird seed, open the app, and sit back as you watch birds visit in real time, complete with alerts when new guests arrive.

Incredible build quality and crystal clear video!

I purchased the Birdfy Espresso Feeder from Sam’s Club a couple of weeks ago, and it has been an absolute joy. The all-metal espresso finish looks beautiful in the yard and feels incredibly durable compared to plastic feeders. The camera quality is crystal clear, and the AI bird recognition is surprisingly accurate and fun to watch. I love getting notifications on my phone whenever a new bird visits. The built-in solar panel keeps the battery fully charged, so I haven't had to worry about taking it down to plug it in. Setting it up on my 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi was straightforward. It's a fantastic value for the price at Sam's Club—highly recommend!

Sturdy, beautiful feeder with top-notch video

I truly love this feeder! It is very sturdy, solidly built, and looks great. Setup with the Birdfy app was simple and took under 5 minutes. The camera and video quality are top-notch. Daytime footage is clear, and the AI bird identification has been very accurate with our backyard visitors. We currently have it temporarily mounted on our deck railing, and we are already getting a steady stream of cardinals and house finches who land on the perch without any hesitation. The built-in solar panel does an excellent job keeping the battery charged to 100% with about 6 hours of direct sunlight. The seed capacity is also generous—it holds about 48 ounces of seed, so it lasts a while before needing a refill. The roof latch for filling has a slightly unique design (pull forward slightly, then pull forward and down), but it opens up easily once you get the hang of it. The only hiccup during assembly was tightening down the perch. The box does not include any small spanners or tools for those bolts, so you will need your own tools handy. We ended up using a 9/32" wrench inside the seed tray with pliers on the other side for one set, and a 5/16" wrench with pliers for another set, and had to tighten down firmly to keep the perch completely secure. Including a dedicated wrench in the hardware pack would make assembly much smoother. Despite the assembly quirk, the quality, battery performance, and crisp video make this an easy 5 stars. Highly recommended for any backyard bird lover!

Verified Purchase

Very satisfied

The feeder is both attractive and solid, well constructed. An easy to flip lid opens the large capacity bin for the seed is nice. The AI bird identification includes male or female id for many species which adds to my entertainment. High quality video includes night vision, capturing full color video of a pre-dawn visit from a Northern cardinal, including the sounds of chirps and pecking at seed. One feature I REALLY LIKE, is the removable seed tray. It has individual feeding holes, which prevents blue jays and others from sweeping their beaks through the seed, throwing it onto the ground while looking for that special seed, NICE!!!
