We have had our Lennon sauna for 2 weeks now, and we have been in it almost every night!!!! My husband and I have an urban farm stay & farm experiences, and we wanted a sauna to not only help with our own health journey, but to also share with farm guests in the future. We loved the Lennon with the porch for its glass door so we could view the animals, the cedar looks and smells amazing, construction is solid! It took us about 10 hours to assemble, very clear instructions! The design is well thought out, and stunning in person. We've already had many farm guests asking about it, and commenting how nice it looks. We loved that the steel roof was included cause ours is outdoors. Has been heating up very quickly! Just overall impressed, and happy with our choice!

We absolutely love our Backyard Discovery 4–6 person sauna! Compared to competitors we looked at, the wood in this sauna feels much thicker, more durable, and clearly built to last. I workout all the time and cannot wait to use this after my workouts. It heats up noticeably faster than other models we’ve seen, which means less waiting and more relaxing. Plus the bluetooth  and adjustable light feature allows me to set the temperature and lights ahead of time. We already have a Backyard Discovery gazebo in our backyard, which is incredible. We continue to get rave reviews on the gazebo and now I know we will get the same on the sauna.  The quality of this sauna lives up to the same high standard. If you want a well-constructed, efficient sauna that feels premium at every touchpoint, this is it!

Love Love Love!

Have had the unit about 2 weeks and use it every day.  Its awesome!  The delivery was a little wonky, but they were nice. Came extremely well pack and organized. No missing or broken pieces.  Instructions were pretty good, I think we few things would be quicker to double up on a few steps.  The digital version is slightly different than the printed I noticed.  The seat bottom board is tricky to line up.
As others noted, the flashing is next to none.  While the rain stays out of the roof, it runs off the edge into the trim pieces which then runs inside the unit.  Not bad, but not great either. I intend to fix it like the other poster mentioned with black flashing from HD.
The quality is amazing for what you get.  It heats up at 45 degrees to 180 in about 15m or less.  I would say its not a 4 seater, more like 2 and 3 if you are friendly.   Be cool to have an upper seat bench and lower to take advantage of the heat higher and cooler lower.
The lights are great, although I wish it was built into the unit, even a separate button to turn on/off/dim.  The little remote I know is gonna get lost or fail.
The keypad takes a bit to get used., Its slow. Im on my second one and its better but not great.  They sent a second one out immediately when I asked a question, swapped and it seems better.   Im not sure if its related but the first keypad my wifi kept dropping and with the replacement it hasnt dropped once.  So Im not sure?
The app works great.  Again.. one touch to power on.. wait for it to respond.  Then timer.. wait.  and go!   Its a little learning curve, but fine.
I had an electrical question that was awkward.  It calls for 50amp circuit, but only requires 6awg wire. The book calls for 8awg.  My electrician was battling me.  We ended up with 8awg and it works fine.  You need the neutral wire to power the touch panel.   This was 14awg, I used 12awg.  I mean, if you are going to put a neutral in there to step down the power to the touch screen, might as well power the LED lights as well right?!  It cant be that much more to figure out that to simplify so you dont havent to run a separate 110v extension cord for the LED lights.

But really, end of the day, its great with some minor tweaks.  Get one and enjoy it!

Overall a super unit!

I’ve been really impressed with the Lennon 2–4 Person Sauna. It feels super sturdy—the thick cedar gives it a solid, well-built feel and you can tell it’s made to last. Once it’s heated up, it holds temperature really well too.

Honestly, it also just looks great in the backyard. The clean, modern design and glass front make it feel way more high-end than I expected. It’s one of those purchases that actually looks as good as it functions.

I’ll be honest, I wanted something that felt solid—not one of those flimsy kits—and the Lennon 2–4 Person Sauna delivered. The thick cedar construction makes it feel really sturdy, like it’s built to last, not something I’ll be replacing in a couple years. Once it heats up, it holds temp well and just feels like a quality setup.

It also looks sharp. The modern, clean design and glass front give it a high-end feel without being over the top. It fits perfectly in the backyard and doesn’t look cheap at all. Overall, no regrets—solid build, great look, and does exactly what I wanted.

Good Looking

We did a lot of research before choosing the Lennon sauna, and the build quality truly stands out. The cedar construction feels durable and well-crafted, and the tongue-and-groove panels fit together seamlessly. Even the roof is heavy-duty, which is important being we live in the midwest with many climate changes.  
Inside, it’s surprisingly spacious. Four adults can sit comfortably without feeling crowded. The benches are solid and supportive, and the heat retention is impressive thanks to the thick tempered glass door and tight construction.

Easy to assemble

The Lennon 4–6 Person Sauna exceeded is perfect for what we were looking for. The design alone is stunning, the modern cube shape with rounded corners makes it look like a luxury spa feature in our backyard. 

The heater is incredibly efficient. It heats up noticeably faster than other saunas we researched, and the heat distribution is even and consistent throughout the entire space. The cedar interior smells amazing and feels solid and high quality.

The Wi-Fi control is a huge convenience. Being able to preheat it from my phone means it’s ready when I am. The dimmable LED lights create a relaxing atmosphere, and the included bucket and ladle make the steam experience feel authentic. The craftsmanship is top-tier, from the tempered glass door to the sturdy steel roof. This is a premium product through and through.

Amazing Find!

I have owned this sauna for around 3 weeks and I love it. There is really only one issue that you might have of which I found in a review before I purchased it. I live in the pacific northwest so we get some rain as you can imagine and the roof design has one major flaw. The roof is built with steel that like most steel roofing has high and low points. The design has black cedar trim pieces that get attached to the front and back on the ends of the steel. Doing the build the way they direct you will not allow the water to run off and it just becomes a lake on top. I am a general contractor so I knew how to fix this and what I did is working well. First if you buy this sauna you should set it on a pad that has a lower area in the back of the sauna. This will allow the water to run off the back once you make the change I am suggesting. I left the trim off of my build and purchased some black 2” by 2” angle flashing from Home Depot. I cut the flashing into 2-5” pieces, 10-4” pieces and then one longer piece in the center. I started with the 5” pieces on the lowest area and the layered the 5 -4” pieces around the corner and finished with the long piece so every piece goes underneath the roof tin and is over the top of the piece below it. The caulk between the roof tin and the flashing. It only took about 15 minutes to do and literally doesn’t look any different.

Excellent sauna works amazingly well.

This sauna has become one of our favorite backyard features! The construction was easy and the thicker wood panels and quality craftsmanship are immediately noticeable. It also heats up faster than our friends’ models, so we can relax without a long wait. We’ve trusted Backyard Discovery ever since we bought our gazebo, and they continue to impress. This sauna feels luxurious and is built to last! Never disappointed  with any of purchased from this company.

Fantastic

I purchased the 4-6 person Backyard Discovery Lennon Outdoor Cube Sauna and we couldn’t be happier. It has so many cool features and works great! The inside has plenty of room to stand up with two benches to sit down. The wood feels much more premium than other saunas in this price range. I am excited about how fast it warms up, which is great for spontaneous sauna sessions. Great investment!

Great Sauna!

Very poorly built sauna. The heater trips every time. I have to reset it. The one bench with no back rest sits at the bottom instead of half way up. Three internet connection doesn't work. The timer button on the LCD screen is broken. If it rains, the door warps soo bad that it doesn't fully close. No matter how many times I call support, and rearrange the rocks it still trips.
