Installation is a complete and utter failure!

This is a joke of a service. First, after you use their site to schedule the appointment date, you never hear back from anyone until hours before the appointment so you had better not made any plans because there is very short notice. Second, the poor guy that came over was in no shape to carry the 98" TV up the stairs so it was very fortunate that I had already paid someone to move it up the stairs for me. Had it not been for my proactive work ethic, the job would not have been completed. Third, he came by himself so if I was an 80 year old lady, how was he going to lift the TV to mount it on the wall mount? I had to help him. Fourth, he came in a small car so when I asked him how he would take the trash and box the TV came in, he said the service did not include trash haul off when in fact it clearly states it does. So I was left having to deal with this huge box myself. Fifth, he wanted to get out of the job by saying he was sent for a 75" install not 98". I looked at his work order and explained to him it states "Larger than 75" install" That means anything larger than 75 inches. Sixth, I had already installed the mount on the wall and all I needed was for him to install the sound bar under the TV with the supplied bracket and he couldn't figure out how to do it. I ended up just placing the sound bar on the entertainment center. I wish Sam's Club would have paid for the Allstate Insurance coverage on the TV instead of this ridiculous waste of money. I hope to get a refund or credit that will cover the cost I incurred for the Allstate Insurance. Angi was a complete and total failure.

Disappointing and Frustrating with this purchase.

I am extremely disappointed with this service. While my TV was delivered within 12 hours of placing the order, the email confirmation to schedule the TV mount installation still hasn't arrived—even after five days. I contacted the Sam's Club store, Sam's Club online customer service, and Angi, but no one was able to provide a solution. No one could explain why I never received the confirmation email or tell me how to schedule the installation. Angi said they would have to charge me for the service without the email, even though I showed them my order confirmation. Meanwhile, Sam's Club customer service kept transferring me from one representative to another, and on the third call, I was automatically disconnected. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. The product delivery was excellent, but the installation process and customer support have been disappointing.
