How does my plan work with the manufacturer's warranty?

TVs at Sam’s Club come with a manufacturer’s warranty that lasts one year from the date of purchase. If there is an issue during this time that is covered by the warranty, you will be referred to the manufacturer for service. If there is an issue that is not covered by the manufacturer during the warranty period but is included in your Allstate plan, Allstate will cover it.

Warranty covers nothing. Waste of money

Absolute waste of money. I had a Samsung TV that had issues 6 months after purchase. All State said I had to go through Samsung warranty first. Samsung warranty denied the claim, so All State denied the claim. All State said they only cover the same things that Samsung covers and if Samsung denies it, All State will. FYI, Samsung warranty pretty much covers nothing so All State also pretty much covers nothing.

What a fiasco!

I purchased the warranty (should have read the other reviews first, hope I don't actually need to use it), but never got the promised email with instructions. Called Sam's about that, was told they couldn't re-send the email, but told me I could access it online. Well, I tried to set it up online, and guess what? Sam's never set up an account for my purchase. I was able to set it up myself after sending Allstate a copy of my receipt showing I purchased the warranty. It5 probably wouldn't have annoyed me so badly, but I had even more trouble with the delivery of the TV and included installation of the TV from the same purchase. Just horrible all the way around.

BIG RIP OFF

86 inch TV went out. LG brand. they want to replace it with a lesser brand. I paid $1699 for this TV and they want to replace $700 TV..In 10 days..this is Absolute Garbage.. Sam's use to warranty they own products and could return and replace it the same day. Sam's Club always had great customer service not so much any more. Allstate ruined that for them. I will never buy that warranty again..
