4-Year Protection Plan

Your appliances are covered for mechanical and electrical failures during normal use, including complex internal parts that can stop working years after purchase.

  • Power Supply Burnout
  • Won't power on
  • Leaks
  • Missed Laundry - If we can’t repair your washer or dryer within 14 days of our initial on-site service visit, we’ll reimburse you for laundry services up to $50 during years 3-4.
  • Food spoilage - You’re covered for up to $300 for spoiled food caused by mechanical failure of your appliance during years 3-4.

Accidental damage, intentional damage, loss, and theft are not covered.

How does my plan work with the manufacturer's warranty?

Most products at Sam’s Club come with a manufacturer’s warranty that lasts 90 days to one year from the date of purchase. If there is an issue during this time that is covered by the warranty, you will be referred to the manufacturer for service. If there is an issue that is not covered by the manufacturer during the warranty period but is included in your Allstate plan, Allstate will cover it.

waste of money buying Allstate plan

They'll ask you all kinds of questions, than find the loophole to not cover it. Asked when did the problem begin, you say maybe a week ago, they say, sorry repairs only covered of reported within 48 hours. Scam.

This is 3 year protection not 4!!!

They should not advertise this as a four year plan when they only cover 3 years. The first year is covered by the manufacturer warranty and then the next 3 years is covered by them. Sucks when my LG front loader washer decided to self destruct 6 months after the warranty expired! Dont waste your money on this or LG products. They are garbage!

This is a scam. My fridge broke and no help!

DO NOT BUY THESE ALLSTATE plan. My fridge broke, and I have called 5 times and they say "their system is down and they cant help me". They refuse to fix it or pay. This is absolutely increditble that Sam's Club will work and sell with these scammers! I am taking this to Sam's management next!
