How does my plan work with the manufacturer's warranty?

Most products at Sam’s Club come with a manufacturer’s warranty that lasts 90 days to one year from the date of purchase. If there is an issue during this time that is covered by the warranty, you will be referred to the manufacturer for service. If there is an issue that is not covered by the manufacturer during the warranty period but is included in your Allstate plan, Allstate will cover it.

Excellent, fast service

Reported a problem, received a shipping label, packed and shipped a Sony camera that had a display problem. Camera was repaired and returned within a week !!

Very Happy I purchased.

Adding the Square Trade to my camera purchase, was a very smart thing to do. We had a problem with the camera charging, I had forgot buying this protection, but when I doubled checked and found out I had this coverage, I was very happy. The service rep. was very friendly and took care of me without any problems. They were quick to send me my return label and within a few days of sending my camera, I received an email advising me they had received it and would be processing payment. All of this was done within a very short time. I will purchase this protection again when I can.
