These Extra Strength antacid tablets relieve heartburn, sour stomach, acid indigestion, and upset stomach symptoms fast. All it takes is 2 antacid tablets in water to experience the magic of Alka-Seltzer and get fast relief that neutralizes 99% of excess acid.
With a dose per sachet, Alka-Seltzer Heartburn Relief Extra Strength tablets are convenient and portable so relief is always within reach, from the pantry, to the glove compartment, to your pocket. Each tablet contains the active ingredients Anhydrous citric acid and Sodium bicarbonate.
To use, fully dissolve tablets in 4 ounces of water before taking. Adults and children over 12 years old can take 2 tablets every 4 hours as needed, or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours. Adults 60+ do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours
