The Rain Wizard Urn is a thing of beauty as well as clever design. Constructed of thick, durable polyethylene resin, which holds up to the harshest elements, the exterior has the appearance of a terra cotta urn. Graceful lines, curves and garnishes make it an ideal accent piece for your home. The flat-back design optimizes space used and allows you to position the barrel close to walls or flat areas.

Great product!

This is exactly as advertised. Great size and light weight when empty for easy installation. To create more head pressure for watering, I recommend installing on a few stacked patio blocks or something strong enough to support the weight of 65 gallons of water (~543 pounds) to elevate the spigot.

Great product for reasonable price.

Product arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Bought a separate Rain Wizard pipe kit to install it without cutting the gutter in half. Now once barrel is full, the water just runs down the water. Easy to install barrel and separate pipe. Filled quickly due to hard rain. Great for watering plants etc. This is my second one and I will get more. It is really good looking too instead of some plain blue barrel.

Great function for roof run-off

I have a hip roof with one joint run-off. This barrel was sturdy enough to take the force of the run-off but retained standing water in the set for ornamental plant growth. To avoid mosquito farming, I drilled four 1/4" holes in the outer edge rim of this area. Problem solved. I now have readily available water for the plants already there.
