This washer washes very well and is so quiet.  It uses hardly any water but gets everything clean. It has so many options for different clothing and I love that it has a coldwater setting as I normally use Tide ColdWater detergent.  It is very easy to use and change options.  I have other LG appliances and really like the ThinQ app as I can keep track of everything on my phone and get notified when the wash is complete.  I hadn't planned to buy black but picked this washer for its features and the color is just beautiful.  Would highly recommend.

It will with AI not over or under dry fabrics, but come out great.  The size of both washer and dryer or the ultimate solution to our needs.  The washer has performed well, I am still learning the settings for fabrics.  Still having difficulty with downloading the app for WiFi.

The Perfect Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my washer for 6 months and I love all the different wash cycles available.  I waited 4 months to download the app and wish I had done it sooner.  Using the app doubled the number of cycles on my machine.  I didn't realize I had to use the app to access all the features.  Not thrilled with that though.  The clothes come out so much drier so it takes less time to dry them and less time overall for doing laundry.  We just got the matching dryer and are waiting to get it converted to propane and getting it installed.

We bought the WN6500 washer and DLEX 6500B dryer. to replace our prior LG washer and dryer that lasted 16 years.
We like the ease of use, the multiple cycle choices, and the large capacity (we can wash a king size comforter, and even king size pillows without problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this machine. It has 5 sprayer jets that inject water/soap onto the clothes. The  rinse cycle is great.  The machine drains the water completely and uses fresh water up to 3 times during a cycle.  It will rinse up to 3 times which is great for heavier items like jeans and towels. If you remember at the last minute your favorite outfit needs washed, there is a quick wash cycle that is 18 mins long. I have notice our water bill has gone down by 1 cubic foot of water. And the machine is very quiet. You do need a pedestal for the machine because it sits so low. It spins clothes so incredible dry with 1300 rpm. Jeans take 25 mins to dry.

Loving our new machines from LG. I wish I could save custom settings for future use, even making them the default setting when you turn on the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid, attractive, well-designed washer.  Although there are a lot more settings than the one this replaced, it's easy to get to figure out how to get the best results.  Much quieter than the old washer I had (which was not an LG).  Like the feel of the controls, very intuitive.  The clock is a nice touch and the ability to change the musical tones when the wash cycle is done.  ThinQ has some useful features, such as notifying me via cellphone when the cycle is over.  Like the turbowash feature.

Since the door is dark glass, it would be nice to have an option to be able to illuminate the drum during the wash cycle.  I'm not accustomed to having to wipe down the door and gaskets after every wash, but maybe I just didn't realize it should have been done with my old machine.
