Whenever I pick up any dietary product, I will always look for sugar content first. Not only 4D does not have any sugar, it is gluten and GMO free. It contains 0 calories which is a plus point for me since I am trying to loose weight. I tried 4D clean energy pack different time of the day to see the result and how it varies. I usually go to work very early in the morning so I use 1 pack right after my breakfast and it really helps me to focus. Then I tried before going to the gym and It helps me to maintain my energy level and fast recovery. It also helps me if I take 15-30 minutes before any activities and I do not feel any crash since it provides a very smooth and steady energy flow. Most products that are sugar free have after taste but 4D does not have any after taste.

Clean Energy for clean gain

I received this last week and was surprised how well it mixes in water - many times these products don’t completely dissolve.  Not this one!  Also, the flavor is very good and does not have a bitter aftertaste like comparable products.

My wife drinks vitamin and energy drink packets daily. She was vey impressed with the taste and the quality of this product. I have tried these and they do have a pleasing flavour. We will be buying more.

Great Taste

Great product that not only tastes good but delivers good energy. It doesn't have the roller coaster effects of a typical energy supplement. You don't feel dehydrated like if you were to drink coffee. I usually take small sips throughout the whole day which keeps me energized.

Yummy energy!

Presentation of this product was excellent. The product tastes great. I normally am not a punch flavored person but this has good flavor.  I use this before I go to the gym to assist with my workout. I feel like it gives me an added boost for the day.  Some days I consume two packs if I have a lot to do. It doesn’t make me jittery or anything. This is a thumbs up product. I will get this again!

Quality product

I’ve tried a few energy drink mixes with supplemental vitamins,etc. over the past 2 years. I really liked how the 4D mix tasted. Nice fruit punch type flavor, not too sweet, and no after taste. These mixes did seem to provide a little more lift to my day than typical caffeine only mixes. A little better focus and a little better mood.

Very tasty energy drink with supplements

Love the overall convenience of the packets, and being able to pour this into a water bottle.  My other go-to amino /energy supplement was sometimes difficult to break the tablet into a water bottle.  Also love the range of nutrients included, including some caffeine.  The biggest downside for me is the taste had a slight after-taste for me.   The tropical punch flavor was strong, and sweet - but I still noticed a slight after taste, which is sometimes the downside of being able to easily get the amino acids and range of nutrients included in these types of supplements.  Overall I would definitely recommend this as a great addition to your sports bag and good way for me to replenish after an hour or so of intense tennis play.

Love the convenience and nutrients included

I am always on the lookout for an energy boost. After reading the info on the box, I was excited to give this a try. I was nervous when I open the packet as it had a noticeable vitamin smell. I mixed it in with a 16oz water. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor; it did not have a vitamin taste like I was expecting and the sweetness was mild. I did feel a boost of energy after drinking this and did not experience flushing or palpitations that occur with some energy drinks.

Energy Boost

I love the ingredients in this drink mix. I really wanted to love it but it was a little too sweet for us. We only tried the fruit punch flavor so we will try other flavors. Increasing the amount of water to mix it with definitely helps so I would use 32 ounces of water for one packet. These are great for on the go use. We plan to pack them in our luggage for a boat trip in the Bahamas this summer. 
Did notice I had more energy throughout the day and for my intense workout. I think these will be great hydration. They do have 150 mgs of caffeine per pack. 
I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to increase energy and hydration. For a busy mom on the go these are great!
