Nice tv for the price.
I chose this television because of reviews and price. The reviews were not incorrect. It's a great tv. Beautiful picture and excellent sound. The only issue I have with this Sanyo, I cannot get closed captioning to work. I called the 800 number which is right on the remote. The first person I spoke to, told me it was a problem with my cable company. My cable company told me they would reboot the box and it would work. (They were no help either.) Here's the real complaint - I called Sanyo back and explained the problem. The man I spoke to was the rudest "help" person I have ever encountered. I told him the cable box was used on two other tvs (I was moving tvs around) in the past week and the closed captioning worked perfectly. Didn't work at all on the Sanyo. He responded, "Okay, if you want to believe that." Like I'm a nitwit. So, support gets a zero. TV still gets a five because I believe the closed captioning is a Sanyo problem but it may be because of a conflict with my cable box. Shouldn't happen but don't want to dis the tv over it.

39" Sanyo LED 1080p HDTV
I have been pleased with Sanyo, so I bought this 39" Sanyo LED 1080p HDTV. The TV has a good price and the right size. The picture quality is fine and extra ports you can access fairly easy.

My 39" Sanyo LED 1080p HDTV has a great picture. I love the size. Great for kids to play xbox on. The quality and value are great. I love it, and would buy another one just like it, when I need it. Thank you so much for selling such a great TV.
