Utv tires

These tires are advertised as 10 ply and that is why we bought them. We placed the online order as we live in a rural area. When the tires arrived, we took them to our local mechanic shop and had them mounted on our wheels and placed on our Polaris Ranger and then stored our Ranger in our shop. Later as we were out on a ride, we discovered that the tires were only 8 ply and stated that on the tire. We felt we were deceived and reached out to Sams Club for a solution. All they did was say we could bring them to the store closest to us and we could return them and they would give us a refund. We tried to explain in our email to the customer service representative that we had already paid to have them mounted and had already put miles on them so they were not in new condition, also we lived out of town and would be out the cost of gas to travel to the closest store. We felt the least they could do was offer some kind of monetary compensation to be refunded to us for their false advertising. They apparently are ignoring us as they will not respond to our emails. When we try to call, we just get disconnected. (Probably hung up on which is why we have had to communicate through email) We sure thought Sams Club would stand by the products they sell and offer us some sort of resolution but they are not the upstanding company they advertise themselves to be. Very Dissatisfied!!!
