- Installation and mounting of one eligible TV and TV mounting bracket (customer supplies the TV and Mount Bracket)
- Load testing of the hardware and mounting of TV
- Mount and installation on either brick, concrete, drywall, or wood walls
- Wires and cables will not be concealed
- Please note that two pros will show up for the 56"+ service. You will not need to assist with any lifting
- Your pro will reconnect any attached devices such as soundbars and HDMI cords
- The pro will remove and discard any product packaging upon completion of the job
Customer Preparations:
- Look out for an email from Angi to confirm your booking and request your preferred service date
- Ensure TV and mount arrive before the booking
- Confirm that the TV mount is the correct size for the TV

Disappointing and Frustrating with this purchase.
I am extremely disappointed with this service. While my TV was delivered within 12 hours of placing the order, the email confirmation to schedule the TV mount installation still hasn't arrived—even after five days. I contacted the Sam's Club store, Sam's Club online customer service, and Angi, but no one was able to provide a solution. No one could explain why I never received the confirmation email or tell me how to schedule the installation. Angi said they would have to charge me for the service without the email, even though I showed them my order confirmation. Meanwhile, Sam's Club customer service kept transferring me from one representative to another, and on the third call, I was automatically disconnected. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. The product delivery was excellent, but the installation process and customer support have been disappointing.
