Hey Folks it's vitamin C. I take two of these a day and have for years. I live on a farm am a fairly active 73 yo male with osteoporosis. I am 6' tall and weigh 285 pounds .and have broken only one bone in the past 20 years. I don't know if this vitamin C is part of the reason for not breaking bones but I am sure it hasn't hurt. Also am unvaccinated and have not even had more than a little runny nose for years.

BEST PRICED AT THE LOWEST PRICE
I ordered this online, but was surprised, when it came to my home.The bottle was Hugh ( 7 inches tall), VERY well priced, 500 tablets ( suggests 1 tablet per day with 1000 mg in each tablet. It's $14.95 for the bottle! That's over a years worth, or .03 cents per tablet. I don't buy many vitamins, but I'm in the house most of the day, and felt the Vitamin C was well worth the price. Name brands can't even compare. They are MUCH more expensive, and don't offer the quantity or quality of Sam's own brand.(Don't be surprised at the weight of this bottle, it's really packed. Also Sam's allows returns, and your money back.)
