the benefits of olive oil without the olive oil taste and smell.  I use it for everything including baking.

I use this to cook most of my meals, I'm very health conscious about what I put into my body. I have had no complaints about this particular Olive Oil. It was a great find for y, at a good price.

Eating healthy

When I’m doing a recipe that calls for a neutral oil such as canola or veg oil this is my go to. Has no olive taste and a high smoke point win win.

Great for sautéing and frying. Mild taste.
I know it sounds crazy however it was recommended for a skin moisturizer.  It actually helped.

I bought the bottle because I felt it had a price cut. Secondly, I especially light like this oil because it holds up to the heat.

This is my favorite olive oil. It has a nice light flavor that doesn't take away from the food I'm cooking. I use it daily when I cook dinner. The size of this bottle at such a great price is a great value.

Great lighter flavor oil without the high price

As far as Olive oils go I tend to like this one due to its light taste. It's still more expensive than I'd like to pay. But, since it's a Sam's Club deal, it's a better price than the grocery store.

This olive oil is refined which is not good quality. Refined olive oil is a low-quality olive oil that has been treated with heat and chemicals to remove defects, resulting in a neutral taste, color, and odor. I will be returning this.
