Outstanding So Far

It was time for us to buy a new washer & dryer and we chose the LG WashTower.
We have limited space and this Unit looked great. Also, we liked the TV commercials.
This was one of our best decisions to-date. It has a large capacity for its dimensions, is quiet, quick, and we love the Wi-Fi features. Thanks for making this thing!

It is genius to put the controls at eye level altogether in the middle. I am short, so was concerned about the height of it, but I have had absolutely no problems reaching the clothes. I vote YES, buy this cool LG machine!

I purchased the unitized LG washer dryer a month ago and so happy that I did. It fits perfectly in the compact space I have allocated, yet offers full size features. I've washed comforters with ease. And, the unit is super quiet. This machine is fantastic!

Perfect size and features

The washer does a good job and it doesn't take as long to complete the wash cycle as previous units we have owned. The dryer does a good job.we haven't had this unit long enough to explore all the different cycles but I feel we will be please overall with this purchase.

Nice design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 2 months ago.  There was a small issue but the tech came and fixed it within a week.  The washtower is sleek and modern.  Very user friendly.  My only setback is that I cannot download extra settings because it does not support 5g.  I also cannot turn off the turbo wash.  The machines themselves are spacious and work wonderful.

I bought this on November 6. It was installed on November 14. It ran beautifully for three days then the washer would not drain. It is now December and I cannot get anyone to come and fix the machine. The product may be great, but getting response from LG is impossible.
