How the Quiches are Made

Our mini quiches are cooked to perfection, then frozen immediately to seal in the out-of-the-oven freshness. The Quiche Spinach and Swiss is made with eggs, cream, spinach, herbs and cheese—perfect for vegetarians. The Ham and Swiss contains eggs, cream, swiss cheese and ham. Both are made with a traditional, buttery quiche pastry that holds in all the ingredients together. These delectable quiches are made without trans fat or any artificial flavors; you can taste the difference in each bite.

Quick Snack or Meal with No Prep

They're a must-have in your freezer this festive season for snacking, sharing and serving at parties. With all the hard work already done, you just have to toss these fully cooked quiches in the oven or microwave. Ready in 16 minutes, these mini quiches will satisfy and impress everyone. With 24 of each flavor, you can mix and match what you serve. Their savory flavor makes them perfect for breakfast too.

Cooking Instructions:

In a conventional oven: preheat oven to 400°F. Remove quiche from plastic tray and place on a baking tray about 1/2" apart. Bake at 400°F. for 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. In a convection oven: preheat oven to 400°F. Remove quiche from plastic tray and place on a baking tray about 1/2" apart. Bake at 400°F. for 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. In an air fryer: preheat fryer to 350°F. Place frozen pieces 1/2" apart in a single layer. Cook for 5-10 minutes, or until golden brown and thoroughly cooked. Product will be hot. Let rest a few minutes before serving.

Keep frozen until ready to bake. Cook times may vary based on appliances.
