About this item

Product details

Welcome to the palace of wood-fired flavor. Smart, big, and bold, the Multitasker 11002B Wi-Fi Pellet Grill & smoker with PID Controller is here to bring you the ultimate grilling experience and send your taste buds on a ride with unrivaled wood-fired flavor (bamboo cutting board, front shelf and 2 meat probes included).

Can I use the Z Grills App without being connected to the internet?

Yes, you can. However, when you use the App for the first time, you need to connect it to the grill controller with a Wi-Fi connection and then register and save the account information on the App.

Can you operate this smoker manually or is it only done through the App?

You can do both. You can control your Multitasker with the handy controller or through the Z Grills App when you are away from the grill.

How long does it take to assemble a Z Grills pellet grill?

Z Grills pellet grills are easy to assemble with all the tools supplied. All you need is open space and about 30-60 minutes on your hand.

Does everything put on a Z Grills get that rich smoky flavor?

Cook all your favorite recipes on the Z Grills, because everything that can be cooked, will taste better cooked with a savory, smoky flavor. Smoke will be visible in cycles at temperatures of less than 250°F, infusing rich smoky flavor to your food. Above this temperature the fire will burn hotter and cleaner with less smoke.

Great smoker!

So far, this smoker is amazing! I assembled it and burned it in on a Saturday, then started an overnight brisket late Sunday through Monday, adding chicken and sausage late in the smoke. Temp was reached quickly and well maintained and results were excellent! Will be doing the Thanksgiving turkey on this one...

Fantastic grill, fantastic price, fantastic result

After doing lots (and lots and lots) of research about pellet grills and their options I came upon this grill. After seeing that it was $1200 at both Lowes and Z Grills I moved on as I wasn't looking to spend that much. Given that I had purchased my gas grill from Sams I thought I would see what they had to offer and couldn't believe my eyes when this grill was only $499. After triple checking it was indeed the same grill I immediately purchased it. Shipping took two weeks which allowed me plenty of time to gain about 10 pounds just from watching BBQ videos in anticipation of its arrival. When it arrived it was secured strapped to a pallet and the shipping company put it in my garage so I could get to work right away on assembling it. Assembly was very easy and I didn't have any problem at all interpreting the directions. I was able to stand it upright by myself barely but if you haven't had your Wheaties then get someone to assist. Build quality and features are excellent with the exception of the app. To say it's half baked would be too kind but I would anticipate it will get better with time once Z Grills gets serious about fixing it. Now for the best part---it works brilliantly! The first time around I did wings, pork belly burnt ends, salmon and ribs. All of them came out amazing and were quickly devoured by friends and family. Since then I've done steaks which come out nice and juicy with just a hint of a smoky, buttery taste. Next up was more wings and jerk chicken which were equally awesome. Bottom line is if you have the means, and if Sams has the stock, don't hesitate as if it make someone like me who struggles to make a PB&J sandwich look like I know what I'm doing then you'll do even better!

Like it except for one thing

I like the pellet smoker!!! Except it does not have the option to dump the fire box. To clean the ashes you are required to remove the grates and drip pan and remove ashes with a shop vac….. in my opinion that is a flaw and probably would not have bought it for that one reason.
