I was seriously worried about the no agitator but it has been just fine without one! My clothes are always clean and smelling fresh!! Love this Soo much!  Takes a little extra time to do a load of laundry but Soo worth it.

Awesome large capacity!

The lid is soft-close, so it's not made for those with anger issues who like to slam their lids (not me). It is much quieter than my previous washer. It's got a nifty, easy to read display (with cool little noises) that looks like they were almost made by Star Trek laundry engineers. Also, the lid is see-through , so I spent a couple of minutes watching it wash. A person is supposed to be able to connect it to the wifi, and I'm currently working on that—as soon as I'm done with this review. Ta!

This is pretty sweet

Our old washer was a few days shy of being 10 years old when a code came on and it was too expensive to fix. I looooove my new washer Elsie!! Yes, I named my washer.  She works so well. I love how she tells me to do a self cleaning cycle between loads. I didn't think I would enjoy having an app for my washer but it truly is the app I need in my life. My clothes are coming out so clean and my towels are softer. I can't wait to get the matching dryer!! Then my life will be complete.

ENERGY STAR certification keeps operating costs predictable . At this capacity, efficiency could have been an afterthought; Samsung didn't treat it as one. A quick spot-treatment with detergent or stain remover, a 10-minute soak cycle for delicates, or selecting a heavier soil setting helps bridge the gap. The Super Speed Wash's 28-minute cycle is miraculous for maintenance washing, but for the mud-caked soccer uniform, budget extra time for pretreatment or expect to run a second cycle. Finally clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer and immediately noticed that the water is very cold on the Normal cycle. According to the manual, the washer has "Automatic Temperature Control" (ATC) and Level 3 should feel like swimming pool temperature and Level 5 should feel like warm bath water on the Normal cycle. This is NOT the case. Samsung came out and said it was functioning as designed (clearly not the case as compared to what the manual said) so I had the retailer exchange it for another unit. I am having the same problem now. There is clearly a problem with the Automatic Temperature Control that Samsung has failed to address. I'm highly disappointed in the quality of this washer and would not recommend it.
