This refrigerator is a mid-tier unit that features the ice dispenser in the freezer compartment rather then dispensing it through the door, as is more common.  We selected this unit because height was of critical importance.  It has a nice capacity for its dimensions.  We have only had the unit a few weeks, so it might be hasty to make any final judgements about it.

We are very happy with our overall impressions and the day-to-day use of this unit.  I hope we can enjoy it for many years to come.

Chill With the Best

It has the room we needed as grandparents caring for 4 little ones during the daytime hours. All products are now easily viewable and accessible.
The freezer is a dream with plenty of space while keeping everything frozen.
I've even decided to hook up the ice maker.

The water that is filtered thru the ice maker and water dispenser on the door tastes excellent! Of course I use the recommended filter. I drink a lot of water and even though the water holder will run out of the extremely cold water there is always ice. I would recommend this fridge to anyone.

I searched for months for a refrigerator that was the right size and had all the features I wanted. My husband and I recently downsized our home, since our children are grown and have families of their own, and we were limited on the size to fit in our space. Also love the space and room it has both in the fridge and the freezer! It is very quiet , I had to check it a couple times at first to make sure it’s working. Absolutely love this purchase and highly recommend it!

Perfect Fit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge arrived beginning of June 2021. We love the size and features. If you always buy gallon milk jugs, you will need to remove an interior shelf if you do not want to store it on the door. 
We hate, hate, hate the stainless steel doors on the fridge- show all fingerprints anything that touches the doors leaves a mark that needs to be cleaned. For the price we paid LG should use fingerprint proof stainless on the doors- they have it everywhere else. 
If you do not like having to clean your fridge doors everyday- do not buy this model.

Great fridge-terrible stainless doors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a little distressed because there is limited capacity for wine bottles in the door. especially if they use the stopper mechanisms which add a couple of inches of height. I don't usually drink an entire bottle at once and I do like different flavors of wine. Some design accommodation should be made. 

Similarly when I set the main shelves to have some for taller bottles then the space between the shelves below becomes only two or three inches.  We have resorted to using  wire baskets to hold all the various smaller bottles and jars so that we can pull the basket out and get what we need (mustard, tapenade, jelly, olives, minced garlic, specialty spices, and sauces, etc.)  Both could be answered if some engineers would design a compatible accessory that allowed for a pullout try for such items. The wine bottle issue might be solved by a two-bottle shelf mounted carrier that either sat on the shelf (One bottle above the other) or hung from the shelf, (Bottles side by side.) Both holding the bottle at an angle to make the best use of the space for additional length for the stopper. I would gladly pay for this. The size of the refrigerator is fine. We have limited space and don't want something larger. The configuration reduces waste. We keep leftovers at eye level so we forget about fewer things and almost always can see what is ready to snack on with just a little warming.

Needs accessories for more efficiency and utility

I found this one and it was the perfect height. I wish it were a couple inches wider but it works. I love the French doors and having the freezer on the bottom.
