This Wisenet Samsung® security camera system features eight weather-resistant cameras that deliver recordings in real-time. It offers clear imaging and smooth playback. This vigilant surveillance system can send notifications right to your Android or iOS mobile devices through the free Wisenet Life® app. It has a Linux operating system and a hard drive bay that can be expanded to 6TB. It comes with manual, schedule and motion detection recording modes. This Wisenet Samsung surveillance system also has several playback and search options, including slow forward and backwards.

Do the Cameras Included with the Wisenet 8-Channel 5MP DVR Surveillance System with 2TB Hard Drive Have Night Vision?

These Wisenet Samsung security cameras are night vision enabled. They have an advanced IR cut filter for vibrant colors. The night vision provides illuminated, clear footage for up to 130' in ambient lighting, as well as 82' in total darkness. These cameras have a 104º angle for a wide view. They can be used indoors and outside. These Wisenet Samsung security cameras also offer live view and recording with 1944p (5MP) resolution.

About Wisenet Life Cloud

With Wisenet Life Cloud service, you can save continuous and event-based recordings. It even allows you to create and store time-lapsed videos, as well as review and search old recordings with an easy keyword text using SimpliSearch. Just sign up for one of the Wisenet Life Cloud subscription plans. A free cloud storage service is also available, allowing users to experience select features.

In the Box

Besides the DVR and eight bullet cameras, this Wisenet Samsung surveillance system includes a remote control and a mouse. It comes with a power splitter, Ethernet cable, two power adapters, a 60' camera cord and a HDMI cable. Hardware for installation along with a quick-start guide are also in the box.

We bought this system because our old systems night vision left a lot to be desired. The daytime views are way more clear and you can actually see almost as clear as day on night mode. For the money it's a great value.

Great Value and Quality

I purchased this system mid December and have installed it with little effort. The manuals (electronically downloaded), were very accurate, and the screen resolution is better than my previous $1,500 system provided. The only downside is the cable length. The eight camera cables are only 60 feet long. For my home I needed 6 of the cables to be 100 feet long. I was able to purchase longer cables on the internet, so overall, I am very happy with this purchase.
