I grew up in the natural foods business starting in the 70's in the Midwest and was raised very healthy. No refined sugar, honey was the only sweetener allowed, no processed foods, I didn't try fast food until 15 when I was able to start driving. Through the years diet changed, habits changed and over that time tried to incorporate a greens product to revitalize some sort of nutrients my body was missing to no avail. I will say, I mix a little of a sparkling lemonade I enjoy and the rest water with a full scoop. There's no grassy taste, the smell is minimal and it's very easy to drink down, I actually look forward to taking this. Nothing noticeable other than my digestive system seems to be back on track but I do know the nutrients inside are providing the natural health and support my body has been lacking as I've gotten older.
