The berry and honeysuckle notes are light and fresh, and I even feel like there’s a bit of vanilla in there! Perfect for a spring and summer fragrance. This perfume wears well throughout the day overall, although it’s not particularly strong still be the end of the day. Additionally, the packaging is ADORABLE and exactly what you would expect from Juicy Couture - vibrant, over-the-top, and fun!

The scent is sweet, feminine, and fun without being, overwhelming, and always gets compliments when I wear it. It has great staying power and feels perfect for everyday wear or special occasions. I wore Viva La Juicy two years ago, before switching to La Vie Est Belle by Lancôme. I missed the fruity , fun smell of Viva La Juicy and decided to go back to it. I’ve been watching Sam’s to restock their 3.4 oz bottle because it was more than half the price if purchased at Department stores such as Ulta or Macy’s for $128 .Last week it was back for sale, Viva La Juicy for $48. I immediately ordered before it sold out again . Today it came in the mail. The box is identical to boxes of the same Viva La Juicy sold for twice the price . It’s listed an Eau de Parfum, so it should last 6-8 hours. I immediately spray it on my wrist and noticed a big difference in this bottle of Parfum to the ones used in the past. It still has the fruity smell, but not as intense. It smelled the same, but more diluted. The smell did not last even 4 hours, so I’m wondering if it’s a true Parfum . A true Parfum is much stronger due to its 20-40% oil. In my opinion based on past usage, this bottle didn’t smell as intense or have the longevity of a true Parfum. I still gave the review four stars because it does have that fruity fun smell, and I basically got what I paid for….. a cheaper version of the real Viva La Juicy. To better understand how a weaker version could be sold under the same brand, I looked more closely at the box. This box of Parfum is distributed by a fragrance distributor in USA as licensed by Viva La Juicy; however, when I compared the ingredients of Sam’s bottle of Viva La Juicy to the more expensive bottles sold in department stores, they are very similar, but not listed in the same order. The first two ingredients are the same , but from the third ingredient to the end , the order varies. This matters because companies are required to list ingredients in the order from most to least . In summary, it’s well worth the $48. It’s doesn’t have the same intensity as what I’ve experienced in the past, nor does it last 6-8 hours that are characteristic of a true Parfum. But again, you’re not paying the hefty price tag of $128 either.

The sweetness is definitely the star here, so if you love gourmand fragrances, this one delivers. In terms of longevity, it’s not super long-lasting on the skin for me. It fades faster than I’d like, especially throughout the day. However, when I spray it on my clothes, the scent clings much longer and I can still smell it hours later. So if you want it to last, a light spritz on your outfit helps! Overall, Viva La Juicy is sweet, flirty, and delicious - perfect for casual days or whenever you want a fun, candy-like fragrance.

It’s a long lasting scent, but as I said, definitely subtle. It’s the kind of perfume that someone would smell if they hugged you, but people aren’t going to smell from across the room. Which is definitely a plus if you don’t like overwhelming fragrances. The bottle is super cute, and the little pink bow and chains come off, so it would be cute to repurpose as a bag charm or something, when the bottle is empty.
