Ugh i used to eat one of this small jars per month 😂 the. Slowly started eating less its too much sugar but its delicious 🤤 with toasted bread & bananas slice on top

Wait have you not tried this? Its the best for sandwiches with a banana but also to spread in rice krispy treats or plain cookies, so many sizes available!! Its not necessarily healthy but if your using as a dessert I dont think its so bad!!
